emcelh Posted August 23, 2013 #2 Share Posted August 23, 2013 Since Burn the floor is in the Manhattan Dining room do you eat while you watch the show? I think it's just a scaled down version of the regular show that takes place in the dining room.
Red-Sol Posted August 23, 2013 #3 Share Posted August 23, 2013 I think it's just a scaled down version of the regular show that takes place in the dining room. Yes that is my understanding as well. The main Burn The Floor show is in the theater. The one in the Dining Room is a scaled down version.
SliceOfLife Posted August 23, 2013 #4 Share Posted August 23, 2013 Yes you eat while they perform. It's a very small version of their performance they do in the theater. They only do a few songs and if you're not sitting near the dance floor in the dining room you won't see much.
faithful cruiser Posted August 6, 2014 #5 Share Posted August 6, 2014 What night do they dance in the Manhattan room
mcsb11 Posted August 6, 2014 #6 Share Posted August 6, 2014 The scaled down version is probably a good bet en lieu of seeing the whole show. While we thought it was good, there were some songs that were painful on the ears. Ballroom blitz being chief among them.
roger001 Posted August 6, 2014 #7 Share Posted August 6, 2014 Burn the Floor is a super high energy dance show performed by some super skilled dancers. However....it is loud, especially with percussion. It is Cuban themed and has two sets of live drums playing usually at the same time. Great show.....but it is very loud. Plan accordingly.....or be warned...I guess.
