It's Beginning To Look a Lot Like a Locks

With respect and certainly no infringement intended to Meredith Wilson's well known Christmas song;), here are a couple of screen shots of the Atlantic side's Agua Clara Locks. The chambers have all been refilled and two of the three water saving basins in the upper and lower level have been filled. I would think all good signs!

The ACP recently posted a short video from their Spanish YouTube channel of a flyover of the Pacific side's Cocoli Locks (the former leaky ones), showing the lower level water saving basins filled. The video is looking north towards Miraflores Lake and Pedro Miguel Locks.
