Rental Car Shuttle

Do any of the rental car companies run a shuttle from the Celebrity cruise ship terminal to the airport? If not, what's the cheapest way from the port to HNL?

Taxi. Hertz has reported to run a limited shuttle in the past, but is very limited.

I got a shuttle with Roberts for $7pp, can't beat that.

I also used Roberts for $7 per person. You can book it through their shore excursions site, just pick your cruise date, click view activity schedule and then click on the transportation tab.

I am not sure that Uber is allowed at the HNL airport. Best to check it out before you need a ride.

Are you planning to rent a car in Honolulu? We are staying on Oahu after our cruise in October. We are renting from Hertz. Hertz will pick up from the cruise ship terminal between 8:15 and 9:15 AM for disembarking passengers and has another shuttle for those passengers returning downtown and then embarking on a cruise ship. As far as I know this is on Saturdays when NCL's Pride of America is in port to end a cruise and begin the next cruise.

These rentals are downtown Honolulu and not at the airport. If you are renting at the airport then you have to get there on your own. There are several shuttle companies that will pick you up at the cruise ship terminal and take you to the airport. Once at the airport you will have to go to the rental car company's counter to rent your car. There are 6 companies with onsite rentals and 4 others offsite from the airport.
