I am ONE point away from platinum level. Will I switch over during the cruise like on Princess or do they make you wait until the end of the cruise? Also, does anyone know if you get any points for shore excursions?

Will have to wait unless u take a short 3 day before u go!

you will have to complete the cruise to move up to the next level and princess does that too...no points for shore excurions

Ah, yes, the Princess way...........I am already Platinum on Princess by just completing my final Ruby cruise. A whole different way of doing things! ;)

No, you will not be Platinum until your NEXT Royal Caribbean cruise.
