Constellation

Hi everyone, new to the board and sailing on Celebrity. My fiancé and I booked our honeymoon on Celebrity Constellation for next July. Tried searching but couldn't really find much info on Constellation since the dry dock in May. We are staying in Aqua class. Any reccomendations or suggestions for the ship?

We just sailed on her in June. In Aqua Class, you will enjoy a higher standard of food quality. The ship is fine. We liked the thalassotherapy pool in the solarium. There's DJ music piped through most of the ship. Live music on the aft deck outside the buffet was nice. You're so busy exploring in the Med that it really doesn't matter what ship you're on. Have a fabulous honeymoon!

Awesome! Thanks for the info! How are the bars on ship? Any sports bars? World Cup will be going on while we are on the ship and I thought it'd be fun to be able to watch games with an international crowd.

We were on Connie's sister ship, the Summit last year during the final week of the Olympics and they did show some events on the big screen up at the Rooftop Terrace, so its possible that would be a place where they might show some of the matches.

There isn't a "sports bar" onboard but usually in the casino the TV's are set to sporting events.

Sailed Connie in AQ 12/2015. Loved it thought the ship was in really good condition with wonderful staff. We were on Equinox in 2010 in the med, while World Cup was on. Showed many matches on board. Also watched italy get eliminated while eating pizza in Naples. Sad but cool to watch!

I've watched the World Cup on cruises in the past and you are correct, watching it with an International crowd is pretty special. They will have it on board - e-mail Celebrity in advance just to make sure! The more people that ask the higher chance they will make sure they show the games. Enjoy, you will just LOVE your honeymoon, great choice.
