Getting from Port of Amsterdam to the airport

Is it easy to get a taxi at the Port of Amsterdam to take you back to the airport? Should you make a reservation for a taxi to pick you up at the port or just walk off the ship and get a taxi? Thank you for your help.:)

If you are not in a rush you could just line up for a taxi otherwise I would pre-book one

Other option is to walk to the train station about 10-15min then take the train to the airport

I agree 100%, walking to the train with luggage isn't something you'd want to do. It's not worth what little savings you would get.

Taxis are available in front of the terminal.Depending on the day/time it will take around 30 minutes to reach Schiphol Airport. Taxis are all metered.
