Talisker92 Posted December 30, 2010 #1 Share Posted December 30, 2010 Attached is the menu from the chef's table. It was definitely worth every penny!!!! I have also attached pictures of one of the appetizers and the main course. chefstable.pdf

Carol_Hill Posted December 30, 2010 #4 Share Posted December 30, 2010 Ours on the Crown was quite a bit different. Will try to get round to posting about our experience soon.
tmitchell82 Posted December 30, 2010 #5 Share Posted December 30, 2010 The menu is roughly similar to our Chef's Table on the Caribbean Princess last year. We had pork tenderloin rather than venison and lobster risotto. I do like to see how the menu varies. We did the Chef's Table on the Island Princess earlier this year and had a very different menu (surf and turf). Interesting part was it was the same Executive Chef that did our first Chef's Table on the Caribbean Princess. Always a great experience.
Coracii Posted December 30, 2010 #6 Share Posted December 30, 2010 Only a couple of minor differences between that menu and ours on the Diamond earlier in the year...
Coolmama_1 Posted December 30, 2010 #7 Share Posted December 30, 2010 On the Crown, we had lobster risotto, medalions of veal, pork and filet along with lobster tails. Our sorbet was bloody mary heavy on the grey goose!:) Your menu looked good too! Definitely worth the money!!!
