I've booked a back-to-back on this ship sailing as RCI Legend of the Seas out of Venice in September 2017. I've not been notified of any changes so what happens to my Cruise now?

Your cruises are now gone. You will be offered a limited number of replacement cruises to choose from as well as some OBC based on the cabin category you booked. I would recommend calling ASAP to get the best choice of cabins. Don't wait for the email. I have had this happen twice in the last three months.

I rang my travel agent an hour ago and they got right on to RCI customer service who said they knew nothing about it and therefore couldn't comment or do anything about! How ridiculous. How long will it be before we get told officially?!
