Car Rental - Shuttle TO POM

I have seen several threads about shuttles to the car rental place from POM, but we would be dropping off the car before the cruise and wanting a shuttle to the pier. I know Budget has a shuttle and it looks like Dollar does as well. Are there any other companies that offer this service? Can you take your luggage with you on the shuttle or do you need to drop it off at the pier first?

National, Alamo and Thrifty (and maybe Enterprise) offer POM shuttles from their MIA airport location. You can bring your bags on the shuttle bus. Show the driver your receipt.

How often do the shuttles come through? Is one more often than another?

The 3 agencies share the shuttle service/responsibility; we have never waited long for the shuttle.

Alamo, National, Dollar, Thifty,and Enterprise have free shuttle service from the Rental Car Center located across from Miami International Airport to the Port Of Miami. The shuttles leave from the top floor of the car center. If you are renting a vehicle at the conclusion of your cruise the shuttles will transport you back to the Rental Car Center to pick up your vehicle. Avis, Hertz, and Budget have downtown Miami locations that are relatively close to the Port Of Miami. Over the years I have read conflicting reports on Cruise Critic about free shuttle service to the downtown locations. A taxi ride to those locations are inexpensive.
