I made online reservations via their website over a week ago, but have not received an email confirmation. I have emailed and Facebook messaged the company with no response. Is this typical? Should we find somewhere else to go that day?

I had the same problem.

 

I ended up messaging them on their "social media" site and they answered with no problem.

 

Also, you don't actually have to have a reservation. Just show up and walk out to the beach and pick a spot to sit and they collect your money. :)
