Need recommendation for Wind Star booking agent - not travel agent

As a veteran of more than 50 big-ship cruises, I just returned from a week on the Wind Surf and now I am totally enamored with the small-ship experience.

I booked the cruise directly through Wind Surf and did not feel I received good service from the agent with whom I worked.

If any of you Windstar fans out there have an agent at Windstar you feel gives you good service, would you please send over her/his name and any contact info you might have (email/phone, etc.)? I'd really appreciate it.

We booked our Windstar cruise with Kera this morning. As we haven't sailed on Windstar since 2003, but have 98 nights on Windstar, she informed me how we can update our profile, as well as other information. Great service!

We did not receive good service from the agent we dealt with (i think she is named here). Tried to charge us more for the free perk. I would not trust any of the agents.
