What time shuttle from pom for fll flight

We are cruising on the Carnival Splendor in November out of Miami. Our flight home is at 2:00 from Ft. Lauderdale Airport. I was thinking about booking a shuttle service from the port and wondering if 11:00 is a good time? Thanks for any suggestions!

You will have to be off the ship by 9:30 or 10, so I would schedule the shuttle for 10.

If you want to be around the last off go with 10:00 AM for the shuttle.

Some shuttle companies , SAS is one, tell you if you don't disembark and call by 9:30 your wait will be longer. There is no place to wait at the port, so I'd just have a slow breakfast and head to the airport at 9:30 or so.
