Is it fairly easy to fund a taxi or shuttle from the port to the airport for a 1230 flight ??

Yes. It is extremely easy.

Taxi ride is about $27 and there is a constant steady line of taxis outside the terminal along with Uber's and shuttles.

Yes, Taxi is a flat rate ($27) from port to airport. Tip extra if desired. Just exit the Cruise Terminal and there is a taxi line right outside the door.

Share a taxi with another couple in the line and split the fee ($15 each).

Shouldnt be a problem at all

Also UBER is a nice option as well. Less expensive and more comfortable then a Taxi. :)
