Learned a long time ago that cruise line desserts always look a lot better than they taste. Very often simple desserts are better.

We will continue to book privately, find them cheaper, better and less crowded. Just check out the provider and make sure they will get back a few hours before sail time for just in case.

Great way to show your employees you do not care about them. Corrine was great as asst CD and think she will be a great CD. Matt was the best CD we have even cruised with might have to book one on Windstar.

We paid somewhat more than usual to sail Allure a year ago. Was a nice experience but not worth losing our perks for. -

Wonder how crowded dining venues would be. The marches in the promenade would be overcrowded. If you do not get reservations early for entertainment good luck seeing anything. -

I have been on RCCL huge ship and 6000 people were plenty. At some point they will reach a max passenger number. -

Been to Hawaii on Carnival and Princess. Found we preferred Princess. Back when we started with Princess Carnival did not go to Europe on a regular basis.

We jumped from Carnival to Princess as we wanted more sophistication and wanted to see the world, got tired of the Caribbean

Oops should be new ships being turned over to CCL. Sorry about that. Saw this was going to happen a few days ago. Anyone know which ships will move over?

5 plus years ago decided we wanted to see the world, did one on Princess and hooked and with longer cruises got to Elite pretty quickly. Did Horizon last month with kids and grandkids. Great for the little ones but for us back to Princess.

Not going to happen though. They were sneaky first offering a choice morning and night and new cruises had no experience and did not care. Than they were able to decide twice was not necessary. Only us old timers remember the luxury of cruising.'/these days cruise mostly on Princess which still has 2x stateroom service as standard.

Giving Diamonds two times stateroom service would be nice. Do not like coming back to our cabin at night with an unmade bed and towels on the floor in the toilet

In the past have played in off hours on Carnival. Each person started with $ 3 so total pot not all that big. Guess the casino wants more money.

Lots of private stuff available, from whale watching, to taxi rides and totum visiting. Go to ports of call. -
Words matter. Interesting for folks going on same cruise to find out if the ship is giving away upgrades or trying to charge for a better cabin.
