Narita to Kobe

Does anyone have any suggestions how to get from Narita to Kobe.

We found several airlines wondering who would be the best choice?

I do not know about flights. If interested in bullet train, Check out the Shinkansen (bullet train) on Hyperdia (Hyperdia .com). It has timetable / costs of all trains in Japan.

Things are very efficient in japan so not much difference on airline carriers.

I'd too do the train. Get the NEX to Tokyo then change for Shin Kobe. You will need to look at timetables though.

there's very little difference in distance between the airport and cruise docks and the station and cruise docks.

There are no flights from Narita to Kobe, but Skymark flys from Tokio Haneda to Kobe.

Best way is to take the bus NRT to HND (just be prepared it can be 90min or more if traffic is bad).

Or bus NRT to Tokyo station and Shinkansen train.

If you have British Airways miles (Avios) it's a 4500 or 7500 point redemption. If not the best route is NRT to Osaka Airport (ITM) and then train to Kobe Station. The time from the airport to Kobe is approximately an hour. The flights from Haneda Airport to Osaka or to Kobe are cheaper but I guess you are locked into Narita.

You can do a variety of trains from NRT into Tokyo and then to Kobe and that would be approx 4.5 hours.

If you can spare a couple days Tokyo and/or Osaka are incredible places and well worth visiting pre cruise.
