It might be a good move -- IF the bandwith can handle it. This is also taking a very important "perk" that many loyal guests have spent a long time to reach and giving it to everyone.

Because they are obviously trying to attract a younger demographic to whom free wifi is not a perk, it's an absolute necessity, I understand the reasoning. And as long as those who've sailed before are not denied anything who cares?

Yeah! Good move. And let's hope there are lots of copy cats.
