Miami hotels with views of the POM

Which hotels have the best views of the port of Miami?

The ones that I can think of are all within a mile or so from the port and are on Biscayne Blvd. I think the Intercontinental, just off Biscayne Blvd. on the bay has the best view. A few blocks up from the Intercontinental is the YVE, and another block or two is the Hampton Inn, but I think they are closed right now.

Several.

Intercontinental, Marriott Marquis, Holiday Inn (I just don't recommend the hotel) Epic Hotel.

Others about one mile further from the port include JW Marriott, Conrad Hilton and even Four Seasons.

In all cases you need to request a room that faces the port.

Personally this wouldn't be the way I would select a hotel having stayed in Miami almost once a year for many years.

You can see the port by just walking around from various vantage points.

The Doubletree has some rooms with a view of the port - not a great view or a close view, but it's nice and the pool is fabulous! ;)
