Lima Time Sensitive: Best way to get from ship to Larcomar (Miraflores) NOT a tour

Looking for a bit of help here, and any and all information would be appreciated.

My parents are sailing on the HAL Zandam in just a few short days. They leave to meet the ship a week from today, April 18th. As you can see I am also leaving on a different cruise at the same time. They have asked me to try and help them. As we both will be heading in different directions getting some information to them soon would be helpful.

They have a very good friend who will be in Lima when they call there. Her son actually lives there and she will be visiting. They plan to meet her in Larcomar (Miraflores). They do not have phones that will work in Peru, and are not interested in investing in one (their friend will loan them one once they arrive).

They believe that HAL has a shuttle that will take them to Miraflores. They would like to know where that shuttle actually goes so that they can tell their friend where to meet them. They would prefer to know before they get on the ship, so they can get this information to her.

Can anyone shed some light on this? I did post this on their roll call, but haven't gotten any response.

I would ask this on the cruise line board and the roll call for that cruise.

Yes, they have been less than helpful. Seem to be only interested in setting up private shore excursions. No one even acknowledged my post on the roll call.
