Doing all these things should bring a weight loss

Do you have one?

 

Well keep up the good work or start the good work

Can you?

 

Have a good week and weekend

Know you can and will.. Don't you?

I finally broke 190 - down a pound and 1/2 to 189. 9 more pounds until I reach my goal weight.

 

One thing that helped me was a new discovery - Boca burgers, which are veggie "hamburgers". While I'm not a vegetarian I'm always on the lookout for easy, lo-cal meals and I found these in the freezer case. They have various types but my favorite happens to have the lowest number of calories - 70 per burger. And it tastes - - OK (better than I expected). Add some mustard and relish and it's almost like eating a hamburger.

Belle ~ thought provoking message as usual.:D

 

CruisermanVA ~ nice loss, & getting closer to your goal. Those burgers sound great, wonder if they sell them up here.

 

We just returned from 17 days on the road where every day we had a donut, didn't drink much water or eat much fruit so the result is I'm up 2.4 lbs, just like if I were cruising.:o

Oh well, we had a great time, saw a lot of neat things eg the Northern Lights, lovely scenery, some wildlife. It was a lot of driving for DH, 10920 kms!

Cruiserman.. Congrats on breaking the 90's. So close

to goal now. Glad you found the Boca Burgers and

like them.

 

Jo.. Welcome Back and thanks. Sounds like a great

land trip and to see the Northern Lights, what a bonus.

You did well on your weight eating out everyday.

Will come off soon, hope it's water weight.

 

Cruise42.. Great you can say YES to every question and

it paid off.. you lost 2 lbs! Keep up the good work.

Good job CruisermanVA -

Down 40.6 since starting 5 months ago. Now at 209.3.

Have set my goal at 190 before our cruise in March. I KNOW I can do it and am happy there are spa alternatives (lighter fare) at every meal on our cruise and the meals are described by cruise goers as small portions (Oceania).

How? Following WW and eating more fruit and vegetables and less prepared foods - plus water, smaller portions, good choices and exercise. I love the results!

Belle....how are you? So very glad to see you are still doing these weekly threads with your marvelous poems!

 

I have been away from this section of CC for awhile. My life has been crazy and I wasn't able to "diet" or utilize an "eating style" that would help me lose weight. So, of course, I have gained. I am working hard now on adjusting my eating to fit the crazy life and hope to get some of this weight off....again!
