Labadee snorkling

I have been tLabadee 5 x and this summer when we go again, yea we do get the snorkel gear, free for a guest on Barefoot beach.

But, you have to realize there is not much in the way of fishies to see, the area is over fished by the locals.

You may see some minnows and small fish, and an occasional eel.

But save the snorkeling for another port.

Enjoy we do.

the snorkeling is better in my pool .....

Labadee snorkeling from the beach is barren

been diving the Carib since the 70's and I don't even take my gear off the ship at Labadee

if they even rent snorkel gear that's a new change ... until recently the only snorkel options were to take a boat away from the local area ...

MUCH different from RC's other 'private island' at Coco Cay where the snorkeling is quite good if wx cooperates

Coco Cay just a couple of weeks ago

Thanks. Exactly what I was wondering. I dove at Coco cay and loved it but was wondering if the snorkeling was worth it.
