irish2005 Posted September 22, 2010 #1 Share Posted September 22, 2010 Does anyone have a picture or know where the door is located on adjoining rooms on Oasis? If you have stayed in one did you have a sofa in your room? Thanks
bajathree Posted September 22, 2010 #2 Share Posted September 22, 2010 Does anyone have a picture or know where the door is located on adjoining rooms on Oasis? If you have stayed in one did you have a sofa in your room? Thanks Adjoining standard balcony cabins on Oasis have the connecting door opposite the bathroom as soon as you walk into the cabin....they will all have a sofa. Rare Bound4Bermuda Posted September 22, 2010 #4 Share Posted September 22, 2010 I don't know about Oasis, but on Explorer they replace the couch with a chair to make room for the adjoining door in standard D+ inside cabins...not sure about other types of cabins.
MaryEBS Posted September 23, 2010 #5 Share Posted September 23, 2010 Bajathree is absolutely correct. opposite the bathroom just as soon as you enter the cabin. Sofa in the cabin. The adjoining doors are no issue at all

deecruzer Posted September 23, 2010 #8 Share Posted September 23, 2010 As I told you before I was in cabin 11250 last week on the Oasis. The bathroom was on the right when you entered the cabin. The connecting door was across from the vanity. We only had a chair. I was in another connecting balcony cabin that had a small sofa. The rooms are configured differently throughout the ship. We did miss having the sofa. Perhaps your travel agent can check this for you or call Royal Caribbean and ask.
debandbill Posted September 23, 2010 #9 Share Posted September 23, 2010 We were in a Deck 12/D3 connecting cabins with our kids...door was opposite the bathroom door just as you walk in as mentioned by Bajathree. Cabin #'s 12694-12696. Deb

That is because you were in a standard balcony connecting to a suite...those are a different set-up....HOWEVER...connecting standard balconies together will have the door opposite the bath and will have a full sofa.
