monemavasia Posted August 18, 2014 #1 Share Posted August 18, 2014 Is there an electrical outlet on the little sisters near the bedside table. Also, does one need a converter for a regular US 120 V appliance? Many Thanks
Shellback2014 Posted August 18, 2014 #2 Share Posted August 18, 2014 There are no receptacles at the bedside tables (night stands). And only a few of the receptacles are 120V. You will need an adapter plug to go between your US appliance cord and the European 220V receptacle in the wall. If your appliance can convert 220V to 120V (such as an iPhone or iPad) then what you need is a simple adapter like the Enercell US to Europe Plug Adapter #273-362, available from Radio Shack for about $7. If you appliance can only take 120v, then you will need to make sure it is plugged into one of the few 120v receptacles, or use a converter which will transform 220v to 110v. Mr Luxury Posted August 18, 2014 #3 Share Posted August 18, 2014 Is there an electrical outlet on the little sisters near the bedside table. Also, does one need a converter for a regular US 120 V appliance? Many Thanks I am on the Legend now. There is an outlet on the dressing table at the bottom of the bed and there is also one along the same wall to the right of the TV one foot from the floor. There is no outlet near the bedside tale. You could run an extension lead across the floor but I think this would be dangerous and you could trip.
Martita B. Posted August 18, 2014 #4 Share Posted August 18, 2014 Ask you stewardess to bring you a blue bathmat and place it on the extension cord. I request an additional bathmat to put in my bathroom. Happy sailings MB
Chairsin Posted August 18, 2014 #5 Share Posted August 18, 2014 On our recent Spirit cruise I plugged my iPhone, iPad and camera into the outlet to the left of the dressing table. As I recall I just flipped down the outlet cover and did not need to use an adapter.
