I am having a hard time getting a vehicle for pre cruise. Prices are CRAZY and some have a one way drop off fee. I am looking for something big enough for 5 plus luggage. Or if I had to take two smaller vehicles...... where do you get your best car rates?

Thanks in advance!!

Rates for large family vehicles in FLA over Christmas will be high.

Sometimes - this makes as much sense as airline fares - it is cheaper to rent two small cars instead of one mini-van/SUV.

I've had luck with both Hotwire and www dot carrentals dot com

I would also look for big box discount codes or check some of the WDW sites (all Ears or Mouse Savers) for FLA specific codes).

Book something now that you can live with and then keep shopping.

You may want to look at AutoSlash. They will monitor your existing car rental reservation and inform you if there is a better rate available.

www.autoslash.com

There is a similar service for hotels: RateDrop

www.ratedrop.com

Have used both and they are both reputable. No problems getting their "discoveries" and having the rental car/hotel honor the better price.
