cccer Posted June 20, 2017 #2 Share Posted June 20, 2017 They should let you know with your paperwork, but I usually see the Carnival reps in the luggage claims areas of the airports i fly into. They are walking around with a Carnival transfer sign.
BTromboneFrack Posted June 20, 2017 #3 Share Posted June 20, 2017 We had Carnival transfers for Ecstasy out of Miami a few years ago. Carnival had their own desk and check in place. It seems like we just followed the signs, did our check in, got on the bus and got on the ship. Its the best way to go if you're flying in. Doggielover68 Posted June 20, 2017 #4 Share Posted June 20, 2017 There will be signs, but it will be somewhere around baggage and ground transportation. You can always ask an airport employee to point you in the right direction Sent from my iPad using Forums mobile app

funkidd Posted June 21, 2017 #6 Share Posted June 21, 2017 Usually in the baggage area. In Houston at George bush we had to ask someone where to go but no problem besides that. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Rare Steelers0854 Posted June 21, 2017 #7 Share Posted June 21, 2017 Take a look at your cruise docs, on the page discussing the transfers it has the info. For guests arriving into Los Angeles International Airport (LAX): After you have collected your luggage, please proceed to baggage claim number one (1) of your arriving terminal to meet with a Carnival representative. For guests arriving into Terminal 3, please proceed to baggage claim number five (5). Guests arriving internationally will be met outside the customs screening area. Once there, a Carnival representative will escort you to your transfer bus, provided by Intercruises Shoreside and Port Services. Service begins at approximately 9:30 AM. Should you need further assistance, please contact Intercruises Shoreside and Port Services at 1-206-499-6511.

Musicguy Posted June 24, 2017 #11 Share Posted June 24, 2017 There is usually a Carnival Rep, often in a red blazer, with a sign, standing around the baggage claim area.

I don't want to sound ignorant but will the sign have carnival or my name? I know I get in pretty early so if I miss them I can always catch a taxi .
