Haven't heard anything about code red. There are cases of Noro reported on about 90% of cruises, most never reach outbreak level.

Tis the season...once school go back into session, and all the kids start "sharing" their germs, this is how this stuff gets so rampant!

There may be cases. There usually are but not reportable until it reaches a certain number in 24 hours

If there was, it didn't reach the 3% of crew/passengers needed for USPH to post an outbreak update. The last update was the Crown Princess back in April. Honestly, I can't think of a single cruise in the 4 years I worked cruise ships that didn't have at least one GI illness case reported.
