Problems logging-on to Azamara site

I have now been regularly trying to log on to the (UK) site for a week and I just keep getting error messages. Most businesses sort out gremlins with their sites pretty quickly. Consequently, my hubby registered in case the gremlins were mine. We are using iPads. I'm wondering if members here know if that is the issue?

 

We have our first Azamara cruise booked and would really like to take a look at the tours available.

We too are in the UK and use iPads to log on.

Not experiencing any problems whilst updating profiles etc... or looking at Land Discoveries.

Have you been able to see If your booking is Confirmed? Just a suggestion.

Yes, when I first registered with the site a few weeks ago, our cruise was on there. Looks like I need to send them an email.

Hopefully this will be remedied for you soon.

By the way, Azamara have held our details since 2009. Our cruise in May will be our 4th with Azamara and during those years we have been able to update new passport details and book trips without problems. Hope I haven't spoken too soon!

Hi this will be my 6th Azamara cruise and I always have trouble logging on.All I want to do is book the Azamazing evening and I always contact them to complain to no avail. I will have to book it when I check in at the pier.

LOL! I guess I just accept this as a quirk then!

Go to booked passengers, check in (assuming you are trying to access it through MyAzamara). I have never been able to use MyAz but never have trouble with the check in site. I am on the US site but am guessing it is the same problem.
