LIVE From the ALLURE, 11 Jan 2015, With Trainman-2, Judith, and LYRIC

We all had a great time ashore today in the RCI terminal at Falmouth.

 

Ally had bought matching sun dresses for her and Lyric 3 years ago and they both wore them today. They even found a matching dress for Lyric's favorite doll. And, they got their hair braided too!

:DThank Goodness Grandma and Grandpa were sitting nearby and spotted us the cash to pay for the braids after the locals told me "no take credit cards, only cash" after they'd already begun braiding Lyric's hair!

Grandparents save the day!! :D

That is what Grand Parents are for!

Day 5, Thursday, January 15th, 2015 - At Sea, Headed For Cozumel...

Good Morning Everyone

Today will be a day of relaxation!

Hanging out on the Pool Deck, taking it easy, reading, and watching Lyric having fun in the Kiddie Pool Area.

Also some shopping on board.

Tonight is the 2nd Formal Night and we will be dining at Giovanni's Table

Tonight is the ABBACADABRA Show. We are really looking forward to this one.

Ally sent me and email with her plans for the day today with Lyric.

Lyric would like to see several of the characters and get her picture with them so we will be at the boardwalk between 1030-1130am for face painting and to catch 2 of them. Then at the champagne bar at noom for the 3rd. Then at Amber Theater for a 3D movie Penguins of Madagascar from 1:30-3pm. Then Bingo @ 330p-4:15p. After that she wants to swim so We will be at the whirlpool/kiddie area for a while until dinner. Then of course the Abba show @ 8:30.

Lyric loves the Kiddee Pool area, especially the whirlpool.

Judith and I got Lyric a Kindal Reader for Christmas and she loves it. Ally has been able to find a download a bunch or reading material for Lyric who is reading at the 3rd grade level thanks to Ally Home Schooling her.

Ally is constantly shooting photos with the camera in her cell phone and emails me the really good ones...

Loving this review and thanks for sharing! I've posted the tour schedule for Adbacadabra if anyone is interested.;) They will be on the Allure the week before our scheduled cruise:( but looks like we will get to see them on the Independence over Halloween!:cool: Yay!!

We got another email from Booty today.

She is still making new friends and loves to run.

It's a good kind of tired though when the kids are involved. I love spending time with my great grandkids but boy do I get a great nights sleep when they go home.

Great Pictures! Looks like you're having a great cruise! I guess you can get worn out just watching Lyric! I think she's going to be hooked on cruising!:D

I find myself with a big smile on my face looking at the wonderful pictures you are sharing;the sunrise/sunset photos, the ship and of course Lyric. I can see how wonderful the cruise is by the huge smile on Lyrics face. Thank you, and her mom, for sharing this with us. :)
