Because they have a captive audience.........not much choice when it comes to getting around..........

The port area is nice............new shops and a Margaritaville......

They are expensive because some of those places are a long drive. For example the Iberostar resort is a 30 minute drive from the Falmouth cruise terminal.

Has anyone ever used bus service? wondering how safe it is.

Wow expensive. We were in a gated villa community 4 years ago and remember everything was expensive too until someone at guest services said the shuttle driver can take us on his own time in a minibus for $100 a day for the 8 of us. We did Ochos and DRF that day. We of course tipped nicely but wow so much cheaper still when there is no middle man. I'm trying to get a hold of him again through them.

A lot has changed since our last visit in 2000. We were hoping

to do DRF I don't think its worth the price. I'm more excited to

b on the ship. I do want some authentic jerk chckn n shrimp

If I am reading that right, the per hour and tour prices are for 1-4 people for the one price then extra for more than 4. I can say straight up that is WAY cheaper than cruise excursion prices! I think this is the perfect way for my family to go where we want to go for the time we want to go vs being with a crowd on a specific time frame.
