Your day has begun with a smile

It's turkey day and you'll walk a mile

Back and forth from kitchen to living room

Waiting on family and guests starting at noon

That is what they are thinking this day

But you make them do some work for turkey I say

Everyone helps with Thanksgiving food

That is what makes everything so good

Family and friends makes it fun at dinner

That way everyone is having a day that's a winner

Sorry I have to tell you this again

Have to get on the scale before the fun begins

I'm pretty pleased to announce that after 2 weeks cruising & eating out in 3 cities I only gained 2.2 lbs! I had a really good time on the NCL Dawn & look forward to being platinum for my next cruise.

Hello all - bad news for me - up 6lbs in 2 weeks to 195 from crap eating. Maintenance mode over - time to get back on track.

Did start running some and it feels pretty good actually. Did the 5K Turkey Waddle this morning with the missus:

Had to break in my new kilt with STYLE! Another hour on the turkey then we'll celebrate. Have a good holiday everyone

Had Great Thanks Giving!!! Ate way to much and bad but it was good, Sunday I was 10lbs up:eek: from were I started today I'm 7 down, been very disciplined for last 4 days 1450 cals or less. Kinda impressed with myself considering Doctor has banned me from gym until knee heals :(, I think he is gonna have to do something to it, seems like the fluid build up is getting bigger.
