RCCL ~ No More Dancing ~ While on the past cruise , the conversation came up. what happened to the floor show ? The dancing an singing , as well as congo lines an photo op's ? What are the opinions on these changes ?

Well, if RCI has eliminated some of those tacky things (we know that some folks love that stuff) perhaps it is time for us to go back on the line. We have been Diamond with RCI for over 20 years, but have not cruised the line in the past 6 years because we thought things had gone so downhill that there were many better options. So in the past 6 years, despite having cruised over 500 days, not a single day has been on RCI.

can now be skirted by..getting/having volunteers of passengers making fools of themselves.....Game shows , ie: Hasbro, marriage, jingles, dance...all to take up an evening without expending a dime.Tho I do enjoy the Guest/employees talent show case.

Well we LOVE dancing plus the lessons too! It will be our first time sailing with Royal Caribbean next year so we do hope they gave a 60/40 band!😞😞??

What about Karaoke? Hope they have that- make lots of like minded friends that way!!😞😞

Having dinner interrupted by the waiters dancing is one of the main reasons we no longer choose either early or late seating for dinner. We prefer My Time/Anytime Dining so we can have dinner early or late, and avoid the dancing. To us it's annoying and just interrupts dinner service.
