Pop! Slots game rewards

Recommended Posts

Hello--does anyone here play this game called Pop! Slots? They have real rewards for RCI where you can cash in coins won in the game for drinks, onboard credits etc. has anyone used this? it seems like a scam or something with tons of restrictions. If anyone has any experience with it, please let me know.

Thanks

Not a scam. I got the free cruise and am sailing on LOS on Sept. 3. For the cruise itself, we only had to pay port fees & taxes and gratuities (plus extra if you choose to upgrade your cabin choice). Of course you are responsible for all travel to and fro and your excursions and any extras you purchase on board (i.e. drink and dining packages, etc.).

MyVegas / Pop slots is fantastic. We are on the Sept. 3rd cruise as well. Other than RCCL if you ever go to vegas it is fantastic. We have saved literally thousands over the course of several years on our Vegas trips, definitely not a scam!

I've played my Vegas for years and get some great comps in Vegas from it. I have TONS of rewards I can cash in. I see there's a reward for OBC but it says for new bookings only. Does this mean I'd have to book somehow through my Vegas? Has anyone used this reward? We sail on Sunday.

You have to book a new cruise through casino royals, it can not be added to an existing reservation.

The free cruise was a reward that was offered with the "Loyalty Points" that you win for playing the game, although it was difficult and rather lucky to get. They are now raffling one off for playing the game. So there are a couple ways to win.

I downloaded both and for a second thought the coins were what you redeemed I was like "This is too easy!!" then I realized it was the yellow loyalty points :( Anyway which game (Pop Slots or MyVegas) has the raffle for a cruise? I can't find it.....

Unfortunately I think the entry's ended yesterday but Myvegas still had the quest on last night. If you missed this one hold tight in about a month they should start posting more free cruises,(or at least they did last year). Just play and build your gold coins!

I am very confused. Can someone please tell me where you get these "games" to play and what device you use to play them? I have never heard about any of this before, but I would love to know what I need to do in order to play.

Can someone please help me?

Thanks everyone.:)

You can play them via Facebook or by downloading on you phone the main ones you can earn gold coins on (they all combine them into one pool) are, MyVegas Slots, MyVegas Blackjack, MyKONAMI, PopSlots.

were there any restrictions? Did you print a voucher? How easy was it? Thanks!

Very easy! I went online and purchased the voucher. I called my contact at Royal and gave her the voucher #. She called Casino Royale while I was on the phone with her and they applied the credit.

As I understand it, the booking you are applying the credit to cannot more than 2 weeks old. Also, they state don't that if I cancelled I could lose the OBC.

definitely not a scam, we booked our trip thought our travel agent. Then after I received my reservation number from RCCL, I clicked on the $250 onboard credit reward in the my vegas game. It cost 100,000 gold chips. They send you a redemption code which you forward to your travel agent and that is all you have to do. A few hours later I had a $250 onboard credit added to my reservation!! It was very easy.

But how long did it take to accumulate those 100,000 gold coins? I downloaded the game and messed around with it a bit, and it looks like it would take hundreds of hours to get that many coins!

When you play on all the apps it doesn't take as long. Maybe a few weeks of routine playing for a few hours each night. All the apps sync together for the loyalty coins.

If you play on all platforms, you can probably accumulate 20K or more (depending on how much you play) every month. I redeemed for my cruise in June and am already up 25K but I don't play a lot any more. However, if you play a lot you will be able to earn a lot more. The rewards for Vegas aren't as good as when the apps first started, but you can still get free rooms, discounts, shows, some meals and lots of BOGOs. The best thing is you don't have to buy chips to earn the Loyalty points (I do, but it's cheaper to buy a few chips than spend hundreds to go to my local casino, lol)....

I have it set to autospin while I am watching TV or whatever and it just runs, myvegas and my Konami, can't do that with popslots. Anyway I have 1.3 million and I burned some in Vegas. What I don't understand for Royal tho is it says "Reward must be redeemed within 30 days of purchase" then under Redemption Instructions it says "Cruise reward must be redeemed within 14 days" We are planning on booking our next cruise or two onboard in October but the cruises will be for next summer and next fall. I guess I'll see what the future cruise consultant says. 100,000 credits for $250 OBC is a sweet deal.

Not understanding the site. Seems like you can only attach OBC to a new sailing, not one booked already and you must use Royal Caribbean Casino dept as your travel agent. So what you gain in OBC you lose since booking directly I do not get perks from agent.

Per my post above, when I called they said the OBC could be applied within 2 weeks of booking. Also, I told them I did not want to move my reservation to CR and they said it was no problem. They applied the OBC.

But don't you get the yellow loyalty points by popping the balloons? I suppose that's only on popslots.... Do you bet minimum? In the real casino I only bet max but I think the best strategy for this is to bet minimum so you can play longer without "having" to buy chips or waiting for time bonuses?

You can still book through an agent. You just call them with your redemption code within two weeks of making your reservation.

For those asking how long it takes to accumulate points - About a month ago, I got on a huge role in the blackjack game and earned over 300k gold chips in a couple of days.
