Hotel in Singapore

Ask SD office to be sure. When I've checked on Marine Traffic web site looks to dock at southern central end of main island between the main island and Sentosa island near Keppel Terminal. Frankly, Singapore is a small city-state so distances are not that great no matter where you are staying. The hotels and such are all just north of where the ship appears to dock and the airport is just to the east. Friends stayed at Raffles last year and really liked it. It is the Grande Dame of hotels there. The several Fullerton hotels get good reviews but I haven't stayed there or spoke to anyone who has done so. Depending on your price range, every major international chain has hotels there as well. Since the distances are all about the same, the key factor is likely type of hotel and cost.

Just got back from a cruise that ended in Singapore. All of the good hotels are pretty close to the marina anyway, so it's not a big difference distance-wise.

We stayed at Raffles and it was heavenly. We know others from the same cruise stayed at the Mandarin Oriental and they also loved that.

We just stayed a night in Singapore after finishing an Azamara cruise and stayed at a brand new Westin. It was a very nice property and only a short walk to the Marina Bay Sands and a great price using cash and points if you are a SPG member.
