HOU Departure Time?

I am booked on the Magic / March 3-10 and am looking at flights in/out of HOU. A few questions for those who have done this cruise.

1 - options for getting to Galvestion from HOU?

2 - spend March 2nd in Houston or Galveston?

3 - what's the earliest you would book a return flight out of HOU?

I would just add that I would not book a return flight any earlier than 1:00 PM.

I assume you are aware that your use of HOU specifically means Hobby airport? Though closer to Galveston than IAH, it also restricts the options you have for flights and pricing.

Yes, my initial plan was to fly into HOU to be closer to Galveston. I might have to change to IAH to increase my departure times at the end of the cruise.
