Memorial Day Weekend??

We will be in Ft. Lauderdale pre-cruise May 25-May 28. How is the crowds and traffic congestion down A1A from the Port to Las Olas Blvd. area? We want to go to the beach but don't want to get into much craziness or long wait lines at restaurants. For the most we will be using cabs and trolleys from the Hilton Marina.

Valid concern. But the 25th is Thursday and the 26th Friday and you have some time pre-maximum crowds .... enjoy.

There may be congestion on Sunday, May 28 on Fort Lauderdale Beach, as the annual Great American Beach Party takes place on A1A & Las Olas Blvd.

What brunello said. Otherwise it is off season for us.
