Dawn Princess gratuities

HI All,

It has been a while since I have sailed on a Princess Cruise so I was just wondering about the latest info on tipping/gratuities.

In the past it was added on each day to the shipboard account. (This could be removed or retained). Is this still the case or have I already paid it in my fare?

I know it is an irritating subject for many, but just want to know my options as I can't seem to find clear information. :confused:

If it is an Australian cruise then it is included in your fare so there is no further required. This will also apply to transits cruises to/from Aus from the end of this year I believe if not sooner.

But feel free to reward those crew members that give you excellent service with a little extra at the end of the cruise. Not mandatory but always very much appreciated. ;)
