I'd also love to hear of any recommendations for transfers between Lake Garda and Lake Como. Our TA gave us a quote of 1,000 Euros which is just ridiculous for a point-to-point transfer of 2 1/2 hrs.

First thought that came to mind - get in touch with George Clooney -- he has a house at Lake Como and can probably recommend someone - perhaps even offer his private driver.....

(and I hope this is received in the spirit in which it is offered....:D

This is posted on at least 2 other boards (Regent and Oceania). Not supposed to double or triple post. But as I said on the regent board, call my guys at GIROSOLE.com. They are great. We have used them 3 times and they do custom stuff as well as their tours.
