1smudslide Posted March 12, 2015 #1 Share Posted March 12, 2015 Since I've been back from my last cruise, I have received many post cards from CAS with complimentary cruises, 11 days or less. There is a website to go to for details. I booked a 9 night out of NY next April, since I already have a few booked before that. I've tried looking at the website and wondering if there is any way to tell what type of state room is being offered. I called to book the other one and she gave me an inside room. I'm wondering if I had picked a shorter cruise or a different one, if any of them would be a complimentary balcony. Is there a way to see this on the web site without calling? It confuses me. I think calling lets you find out what you're eligible for on that particular cruise. When I had called, I was told that I was eligible for a comped cruise, but the cabin category would depend on the particular cruise I had chosen. I don't think you can see it on the web site, but I've not received any postcards from CAS yet. The only communication I've had with them is when I've called them for information or to book a cruise. negn Posted March 13, 2015 #4 Share Posted March 13, 2015 You may find different offers from different agents. If I dont like what they offer, I call back a few days later. Several times I've been offered a better deal then prior. You can also upgrade to balcony for the difference in cost between what you are offered and the balcony cost. fstuff1 Posted March 23, 2015 #6 Share Posted March 23, 2015 (edited) ncl.com/casinowave3 is the website. the last one had a 2 at the end casinowave3 got me the 'FREESTYLE CHOICE SPECTACULAR TERMS & CONDITIONS' page. same with casinowave2. but with casinowave1, I got a 403 error: 'Forbidden' casinowave4 got a 404 error: page not found I was logged into my acct when I tried all 4. guess I don't qualify for any free offers via the website. 1smudslide Posted March 23, 2015 Author #7 Share Posted March 23, 2015 The only thing I see on them is a copy of the post card they send me. It seems you can't see what they offer and I have to call. I wish there was a way to investigate which cruises would come with balcony or oceanview.
