Day room Sydney

Hi all,we are returning to Sydney from a cruise on the Century in Dec and our flight for Perth doesn't leave until 4.30 pm does anyone know of any hotels that have day rooms we could book into for the day.We would need to check in earlier than most normal hotel check in times.Or alternatively somewhere we could leave our luggage for the day.

if you're one of the last ones to disembark it could be about 9.30 and wander to the airport and have lunch so you could only be hanging around the airport for a few hours

There is a place at 810 George Street ( up towards Central Station) that will store your luggage for the day. There is also another one in the Dymocks building in Georges Street but I don't think that one is open on weekends but looking at the scedule for The Century in December it turns around on Monday's so you will be ok with either one.

We booked a day room at the Ibis at Sydney Airport for $ 99 . I think check in time is 9am and check out by 6pm, so could work for you if you just wanted to rest before your flight home.

Rydges Hotel, Sydney Airport has a day rate. It's situated right outside the international terminal, but has a free shuttle to and from the domestic terminal to the hotel.
