Cuba pre-post cruise from Miami

Looking for a "long-weekend" to Cuba (Havana), but all I can find is 7 day extensive/expensive tours. Anyone know of a Miami travel agency that does these? Travel still looks pretty restrictive, but so many are now going there must be something out there. Not interested in the Carnival/Fathom- want to just stay in Havana for a more relaxing, more in-depth visit.

Locals will tell you that Cuba still doesn't have the infrastructure to handle the tourism.

That said, maybe Sharon can help you?

We are not allowed to mention the names of any travel agencies on Cruise Critic.

US citizens are still not "legally" able to take individual Tourist trips to Cuba. All visits by US citizens must be educational group tours. I'm sure this will change soon but still the law for now.
