Luminae

Luminae is a specialty restaurant - in this case for suite guests - and as such will have its own menu. I am not aware of both menus being offered as you can also dine in the MDR. Each different dining venue on the various ships have their own menu and service.

I am in a sky suite and have access to Luminae, but I thought I read on some posts that you can order off the MDR menu. Just thinking Luminae may be a nicer venue than the MDR?

It definitely is a more upscale venue with an upscale menu and as mentioned is exclusive to suite guests as a dining option.

Here's a link that will provide a description and sample menu of Luminae for your review:

But, again, I'm not aware of - and doubt - that you can order off the MDR menu there as it is a separate venue. Maybe others can confirm.

We dined in Luminae on three cruises and you can certainly order off the MDR menu. They don't just give you that menu, you have to ask for it, but personally, the menus in Luminae are so much better than the MDR.
