This would block the main entrance at Tom Moore's Tavern. The public would have to use the Blue Hole entrance.

When we were there in May, the gate was locked leading to TMJ at the tavern. The tavern was closed at that time. We had to go around to the other entrance of the park.

So I assume the other entrance will be open when I get there? I don't want to take the bus there if there are no open entrances.

That is what the article says. The Blue Hole entrance will be the entrance that will remain open for the public to enter.
