Just booked first cruise..no room number?

I just booked our first cruise. Went online to make sure everything was right (booked over the phone) and there is no room number listed? Should I call back or does this take some time to show up.

Did you choose a specific cabin # ?

How long ago did you book?

It may take overnight to show in your account then again it may depend on the cruise line & when they update the booking records

Your confirmation should either show a cabin number or say something about a 'guarantee' for a certain cabin category. Did you book with the cruise line directly or with a travel agent? I'd contact them immediately and clarify what you're getting. If it's a 'guarantee' you should look up the ship's deck plans on the cruise line website and look at all the cabins that are in whatever category you've booked. If there are some cabins in that category that you would be unhappy with, then make a change now. The major thing to look for is what is directly above and below the cabins - if it's the theater or a lounge or a kitchen area, and if noise bothers you, then you might not want that cabin. Hopefully you'll have a cabin that you're very happy with!
