Have anyone use Narita shared transfer? There was two companies I found. https://www.greentomato-j.com/eng/shuttle/

which one of these has anyone use and are they reliable?

My husband & I will be travelling to Japan soon and looking for ways to transfer from the airport to hotel and hotel to port with princess. We have four big luggage. We look into NEX and airport limousine but our flights get in late and we will miss the last train or bus.

In 2015 we used Tokyoairporter.com very efficient and courteous, met us at gate, walked us to vehicle, including a stop on way for one of our group to have a smoke, long flight. Everything was done on line and paid for in cash on arrival. They kept us informed with phone no in case of delay etc. they were the cheapest we found. Very happy with service, we also arrived too,late for train/bus transfers.

They are both the same. Viator contracts with Green Tomato for the transfer. Not much price difference, we booked directly with Green Tomato. Note that we had to wait about an hour for another plane to arrive to fill up the bus. Otherwise we didn't have any problems.

The express train looked like a good option, the link to a youtube video discusses the various options that might help you
