Hotel in Miami with shuttle to port?

I am looking for a hotel in Miami that will shuttle us to the port on the morning of our cruise. Preferably in the $100 to $150 range, as we are a very large group.

There are a couple of budget options near the MIA airport that might fit your budget - La Quinta East and Springhill Suites Medical Center. Both offer free airport and port shuttles. ;) Both are also isolated, so figure on delivery pizza for dinner. :(

What date? The price range means little as a winter or spring break weekend night will be more than summer midweek.

Yes, how large is the group? I'm thinking there's a chance you will not all fit on the same shuttle. Hotels that shuttle to the pier are usually located out by the airport; if any hotels in town had a "free" shuttle to the Port of Miami, that's all they would be doing all weekend long. You won't find it downtown.

My advice would be to concentrate more on the accommodation and if necessary, use cabs to go to the pier. If you stay in the downtown area, it should be about $15.00 per cab of 4 passengers.
