Location of a Fantastic SA Cruise Review???

This past year I read a wonderful review of a South America cruise with lots of port information and pictures. It was posted by the author who was translating it from his own language to English. I forgot whether he was German, Dutch, Spanish, etc, but he got rave reviews for his review/translation.

I lost my notes and can't seem to find it now. Does anyone remember this and where (thread) it is located?
