French Waterways

We just returned from a fantastic river cruise with Vantage on the MS Rembrandt. It is a smaller ship than most river cruisers, and we were glad we had a suite. It was comfortable but small.

Next year Vantage will have one of their bigger ships doing this route.

We were put up at a nice hotel in Monaco, then taken to the ship at Arles. We cruised the Rhone and Saone Rivers and were taken to Paris for our last night.

The food was fantastic, and the crew were great.

Did you have Locks on the river & if so did they go through them at night?

There were some locks,maybe 10,but not the 87 we went through from Budapest to Amsterdam
