Free Norwegian Cruise

Loved the free NCL cruise we received from our local casino a few years ago. NCL knows how to treat the gamblers. We had free drinks in the casino from the start of the trip, bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us in our cabin when we arrived. Every night, there was something else from the casino in our room, cookies, more wine. This year we received a free Carnival Cruise, no perks from Carnival:( but at least a free cruise!

Picked up a Norwegian Cruise Voucher today from Horseshoe Baltimore!!!! Have to select my cruise by November and have to sail by April 17, 2016.

That's great! When you book, you will eligible for any of the incentives NCL is currently running. It will be based on the type of cabin you are currently comped for. Call the nice people at Casinos at Sea (number should be on your voucher) and they will let you know all about them.. We have been cruising free with certificate from Las Vegas Harrahs/Ceasars properties for the last 3 or 4 years. With the new promos, we have been getting the free drink packages:D

  • 3 weeks later...

My last 6-7 cruises have been with CE comp vouchers. As Diamond level they are offered often, and I usually make a trek to pick up. Usually Tahoe or Vegas.

So basically I pay for Port charges & upgrade to balcony or Oceanview. (my vouchers are usually Inside cabin, and I Don't DO inside cabins lol)

But makes for a cheap cruise, if you like to cruise. And if my spouse can't go? I bring one of our sons or a friend.....whose spouse gets seasick and can't cruise. Works out great. I haven't technically paid for a cruise in YEARS!

Recently, Princess is getting into the act, and I'm getting free voucher offer pickups for Non-Caesars properties, to pick up Princess vouchers.

So if timing is right, we might do one of those next year too.

For the NCL cruises getting the promo (free UBP, UDP, etc) sometimes depends on what level of cabin you are originally offered. However, currently there is a special going for Inside cabins to get the promos if you pick a cruise in the next few months. Check with the CAS people on that as they are generally very happy to look into it for you....if you get a grumpy one just call back for someone else. And if you have already booked but are not past the 'final payment' date you can usually qualify to get the current promo added. Never hurts to ask;)
