around 100-90 days from sail date, log into your myNCL account and click on your reservation

near the bottom of the page under Explorer & Plan you should see something that says xx Dinning, xx Entertainment and so on

In addition to broadwaycam’s suggestions above, there are a couple more. As soon as you get on the ship you can go to Headliners I believe (based on quite a few posts I’ve read). If you download the NCL app, you can make reservations through that as you’re waiting in the waiting area to board. (I didn’t think the app was very user friendly last time we tried it).
