Bergen Ice Bar

Have read that there is an ice bar in Bergen Norway

Do any of you know what time it is open and would it be easy to find

We are hoping to go to the Ice bar i n Bergen when we cruise on Britannia next week.i emailed them recently to ask about opening and because there is a p and o excursion over lunch time they will be open for others to just turn up.no booking required.i am hoping that there will be enough time we want to go on the funicular first:)

Look at website and it tells you everything you want to know opening times, price and map of where it is.

If I remember correctly the Ice bar opens at 11am until 3pm on the day we are there (23 June) which is probably the same time as anytime a cruise ship docks.i haven't kept the email but I think it is quite central so we are just going to go after funicular if time:)

I went to magic ice last year, its only a 5 or 10 min walk from the cruise ship pier. We pre booked but arrived early and had the place to ourselves. The first drink is included in the price then any more is extra. It only takes about half an hour to do, but is a good place to have a break.
