Traditional Dining Times

I know this topic has been discussed before, but, I'm looking to book the Independence of the Seas in November. The early dining time is not available. Would I be able to get it once I board the ship? I don't want to eat at 8:30 and I don't want anytime dining.

No guarantees. Best to sign up for MTD and make reservations for the same time (early every night) otherwise you may be stuck with the 8:30 time.

I agree, sign up for MTD and request the same time each night. We had the same waitstaff every night even though we had different times scheduled.

Yes...your chances of getting early seating is good...if not on the 1st day, by night 2. They want you happy!

I solved the problem by booking a cruise to different places. To me, it's more the ship than the places. Thanks for the responses. My room by the way, is on the 8th deck right next to the hump. I believe it's an E2.
